1. Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and TiviStation IPTV ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing, activating, or using our IPTV subscription service ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

2. Definitions

Service: The IPTV subscription service provided by TiviStation IPTV, offering access to live TV and on-demand entertainment.

User: Any individual who purchases or uses the Service.

Subscription: The selected plan that determines the duration and level of access to the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country, to subscribe. By using our Service, you confirm that you satisfy this requirement.

4. Account & Password

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. Sharing your subscription or login details with others is prohibited. Any activity performed through your account remains your responsibility.

5. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Unless cancelled, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period. By providing a payment method, you authorize recurring charges for your selected plan.

6. Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription plans with different pricing and features. We may update channels, pricing, or plan features at any time. Changes will only apply upon your next renewal.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

8. Acceptable Use Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Restreaming, rebroadcasting, or redistributing any content.
• Using VPN services to bypass regional restrictions where prohibited by law.
• Sharing your account or subscription credentials.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

TiviStation IPTV does not host, upload, or create any media content. We simply provide access to publicly available streams. Users are solely responsible for complying with copyright laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous uptime, or access to every channel at all times. TiviStation IPTV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in activities that negatively affect our Service or other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), without regard to conflict of law principles.
